Role Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day communication with assigned clients and ensure a high level of service and clarity
  • Gather goals, requirements, and feedback; translate them into clear briefs and actionable tasks for internal teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (performance, content, design, analytics) to deliver projects on time
  • Monitor campaign progress at a high level and proactively identify risks, gaps, or opportunities
  • Prepare regular updates, client-ready summaries, and next-step recommendations
  • Support onboarding of new clients: expectations, workflows, reporting cadence, and deliverables
  • Maintain documentation (briefs, timelines, meeting notes) and ensure smooth stakeholder alignment

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience in account management / client success (agency or digital environment is a plus)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident in stakeholder management
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and ability to run multiple projects in parallel
  • Comfortable working with KPIs and reporting summaries (without needing deep technical analytics)
  • Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving approach
