We are looking for a Creative Strategist (Performance Ads) to own the creative direction of paid campaigns and turn insights into high-performing ad concepts that drive engagement and conversions.

• Develop performance-focused creative strategies for paid advertising across social, native, and display channels
• Translate business goals and audience insights into clear creative angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks
• Create and manage creative testing roadmaps, including hypotheses, formats, and iteration plans
• Work closely with media buyers, designers, and copywriters to brief creatives and ensure strong message-match between ads, funnels, and landing pages
• Support creative production with clear guidance and performance context
• Analyse creative performance data (CTR, CVR, engagement, CPA) and identify winning patterns
• Monitor competitor ads, market trends, and emerging creative formats
• Apply insights to keep campaigns fresh, relevant, and scalable

• Proven experience in performance marketing, creative strategy, or paid advertising roles
• Strong understanding of how creative impacts funnel performance and ROI
• Experience working with paid social, native, or display advertising environments
• Ability to think in angles, hooks, and user motivations rather than just visuals
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect creative decisions to results
• Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
