We are expanding our affiliate network and seeking a proactive, results-oriented Affiliate Manager to help us scale partnerships, grow traffic, and increase conversions across key verticals.

• Build, grow, and manage relationships with affiliates and traffic partners across global markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new affiliates and optimize current partnerships for revenue growth.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., CPA, EPC, ROI), and take corrective action where needed.
• Coordinate the launch of campaigns with affiliates, ensuring timely delivery of creatives, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with internal media buying, analytics, and creative teams to align efforts.
• Negotiate competitive deals, commission structures, and bonuses to maximize partner engagement.
• Stay current with affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and best practices.

• 1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or digital partnerships.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROI, EPC, CR) and partner optimization.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with tracking platforms (e.g., Affise, Everflow, HasOffers) and traffic analytics.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency for daily communication with partners.
