Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and scale profitable advertising partnerships.
  • Reduce the cost per conversion while optimizing ad traffic.
  • Maintain a steady stream of advertising traffic through continuous optimization.
  • Achieve KPIs for target traffic volume, quality, and cost.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in search/feed arbitrage.
  • Proven track record in launching and managing FB/TikTok ad accounts from scratch.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
  • Experience working with tracking tools and analyzing results within them.

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience with ClickFlare.
  • Familiarity with managing large ad budgets.
    Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
  • Experience with other traffic sources beyond FB/TikTok.
