• Research the market and launch new niches from the ground up.
• Plan, launch, and scale advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Native, Push, Pop, and other traffic sources to meet predefined KPIs (ROI, EPC, CR, ARPU).
• Analyze competitors and industry trends, identifying new traffic opportunities and optimizing ongoing campaigns.
• Continuously optimize campaigns: test new creatives, landing pages, targeting strategies, and traffic acquisition techniques to maximize ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing: develop and test hypotheses to improve marketing funnels.

• Proven experience managing advertising budgets of $30k+/month across Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Native, Push, Pop, and other traffic sources.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret results and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of how various traffic sources work, including Social (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram), PPC (Google Ads), Display, Email, Native, Push, Pop, etc.
• Expertise in key metrics: EPC, CR, ROI, ARPPU, CPM, CTR, LTV, and other KPIs that determine campaign effectiveness.
• Experience with S2S Postback integrations and fraud pattern identification to prevent fraudulent activities.
• Familiarity with Tier-1 markets (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand), with the ability to adapt strategies for these regions.‍
• Upper-Intermediate+ proficiency in English for communication with partners and networks.
